Martha’s passion is helping people become better communicators. She leverages her experience and success to help people look better, sound better and feel better every time they present via face-to-face programming and virtual instruction.
After earning a business degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia, Martha began her career as a staffing manager and recruiter for Robert Half International. She excelled at the sales aspect of her role and earned two Chairman’s club awards.
She transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry with Novartis Ophthalmic. After earning the President’s Club award she became a field sales trainer. This is where her experience with coaching began.
She was able to expand her training skills at Pfizer Animal Health. She took on the role of Account executive and developed business plans for key accounts. Helping large veterinary hospitals train their staff and improve their customers’ experience.
The next opportunity led her to establish a St. Louis territory for the pet division of Boehringer Ingelheim. The territory succeeded through several mergers and acquisitions and produced another President’s club honor.
After a fulfilling career in sales, Martha decided to focus her energy training professionals to improve their communication skills. Her authentic and positive coaching style helps people overcome their fear of public speaking.
She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their three spoiled cats at their home on the bluffs overlooking the Meramec River in Eureka, Missouri. She is an avid gardener, loves a good book, practices yoga, and attempts to play golf. She is a loyal St. Louis Cardinal’s fan and loves watching her team in the playoffs!
Michele is best known for her coaching and consultative approach to every aspect of her career. She has created and implemented several programs on Customer Service and Team Engagement that helped her customers communicate more effectively with their clients. She loves to see people succeed when communicating, and is a natural, patient teacher.
After achieving a double major in Dairy Science and Agricultural journalism from the University of Wisconsin, Madison Michele began her career in veterinary pharmaceuticals.
Michele held several mentoring positions and was appointed as Field Sales Trainer for her team at Boehringer Ingelheim. In this position she coached teammates on their communication skills and helped them refine techniques, while still encouraging them to be authentic.
She also served as the computer systems trainer. Her teaching methods involve taking a complicated process, simplifying it, and making it actionable and useable for her trainees.
Her performance with customers and colleagues earned her numerous sales awards with Monsanto, Fort Dodge Animal Health, Boehringer Ingelheim and Patterson Veterinary Supply. She successfully exceeded sales targets, while simultaneously coaching and mentoring her colleagues in their territories.
Michele lives in southeast Missouri with her husband, Tommy, and two young boys, Drake and Maverick. Together they love traveling, camping, fishing, hunting, and baking cookies. They spend many nights and weekends at various sports fields playing and cheering for their teams. She is a crafter and DIYer who loves the challenge of creative projects at home. She still roots for her home team, the Green Bay Packers, and has a soft heart for St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
Martha and Michele worked together in the pharmaceutical industry for nearly a decade. Their success and teamwork made a partnership an obvious next step. Complimentary personalities and a shared desire to have fun make their programs a great experience for every participant.
