After earning a BSBA from the University of Missouri–Columbia, Martha launched her career with Robert Half International as an account manager and recruiter, quickly distinguishing herself with top sales awards. She went on to excel in the pharmaceutical industry, holding positions at Novartis Ophthalmic, Questor Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer Animal Health, and Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health. Along the way, she became not only a consistent top performer but also a trusted sales trainer, sparking her passion for teaching others how to succeed.
Following a fulfilling career in sales, Martha turned her focus to coaching and training professionals to become more confident, compelling communicators. Known for her authentic and encouraging style, she helps clients overcome the fear of public speaking and develop the skills to present themselves with clarity and impact.
Martha’s passion is simple: helping people look better, sound better, and feel better every time they communicate. She is inspired daily by stories of how her coaching has helped professionals advance their careers and achieve their goals.
Originally from the St. Louis, Missouri area, Martha now lives in Fountain Hills, Arizona with her husband and two cats. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, golf, pickleball, yoga, reading, and volunteering with shelter dogs. A loyal St. Louis Cardinals fan, she especially loves cheering her team on during the playoffs.
Michele brings a consultative and coaching-focused approach to every aspect of her career, with a passion for helping people communicate with confidence and authenticity. She has designed and implemented programs in Customer Service and Leadership Engagement that have helped professionals strengthen their communication skills and build stronger connections with their clients. Known as a patient and natural teacher, she thrives on seeing people succeed when they communicate effectively.
After earning a double major in Dairy Science and Agricultural Journalism from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Michele began her career in veterinary pharmaceuticals. She went on to hold mentoring roles and was appointed Field Sales Trainer at Boehringer Ingelheim, where she coached teammates on communication skills, refined their techniques, and encouraged them to maintain their authentic style. She also served as a computer systems trainer, recognized for her ability to simplify complex processes and make them actionable for her trainees.
Throughout her career, Michele consistently exceeded sales targets and earned numerous awards with Monsanto, Fort Dodge Animal Health, Boehringer Ingelheim, Patterson Veterinary Supply, and Zoetis. Alongside her sales success, she remained dedicated to coaching and mentoring colleagues, helping them achieve results in their own territories.
Michele lives in southeast Missouri with her husband, Tommy, and their two young boys, Drake and Maverick. As a family, they enjoy traveling, camping, fishing, hunting, and baking together. Michele also loves crafting and DIY projects at home, and is a devoted sports fan—rooting for her beloved Green Bay Packers and cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals.
